Each specialist is trained on authoritative UK sources and covers a distinct professional domain: Mortgage Advisory, Companies House Intelligence, Employment Law, Housing Law, Tax & HMRC, Property & Land Registry, Immigration, Case Law, FCA Regulatory, Anti-Money Laundering, Employment Practice, FCA Register, and SRA Standards. Source material includes legislation.gov.uk, the Companies House API, HMRC technical manuals, Land Registry practice guides, the FCA Handbook, and SRA Standards retrieved via the National Archives.

22 deterministic calculators

Tax and financial calculations are not generated by the language model. They are computed deterministically using current rates and thresholds. Calculators cover SDLT (residential and non-residential), Capital Gains Tax, Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Inheritance Tax, pension annual and lifetime allowances, National Insurance (employee and employer), redundancy pay, notice periods, mortgage affordability, and more. The model calls the calculator and presents the result—no hallucinated arithmetic.

Expert panels and orchestration

Five expert panels—Legal, Company, Finance, Property, and General—route questions to multiple specialists automatically. A query about the tax implications of a commercial lease assignment will draw on Tax, Property, and Legal specialists in a single response. The orchestrator has access to over 108 tools in a single conversation, with built-in web search for questions that require current information.

34 UK-specific data tools

PrivateNode connects to live UK public data: Met Office weather, police crime statistics by postcode, Environment Agency flood risk, Food Standards Agency hygiene ratings, NHS service directories, Charity Commission records, Transport for London status, local planning applications, and ONS statistics. These are not web searches—they are structured API calls that return authoritative data.

Company Knowledge Base

The Company Knowledge Base add-on connects Google Drive or OneDrive. Documents are OCR’d, chunked, and embedded so they become searchable alongside specialist knowledge. Your firm’s internal precedents, templates, and policies are available in the same conversation as legislative and regulatory sources.

Infrastructure and compliance

Every client receives a dedicated single-tenant server hosted in Germany. There is no shared tenancy and no data commingling between clients. All AI inference providers operate under zero data retention agreements. The infrastructure is ISO 27001 certified, a GDPR Article 28 Data Processing Agreement is included as standard, and AI audit logging is in place for EU AI Act readiness under Article 12.
